HWC Volunteer of the Year Nomination Form
The Hockey Writers’ Club is looking for nominations for the Volunteer of the Year award, which will be announced at our 40th annual awards lunch in February.Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond what would be expected in their role? Nominations can be from any club or region globally.The submission should include:– What the volunteer role is– How the volunteer’s involvement has impacted positively on the club or region– What difference the volunteer has made– Examples, images or videoA Hockey Writers’ Club judging panel will make the final decisionThe person nominated should not be in a paid role.Please complete the form by the deadline of Sunday 17 December at the latest.
